Our Terms

Replacement policy

Should the flowers you have ordered not be up to the expected standard we will replace your order free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours using our contact form and we will organise a replacement delivery ASAP. You will need to include pictures and your order number. After 3 days, we will be unable to provide this service. We do not provide refunds.

Same day delivery

We guarantee that orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the day they are ordered.  Same day delivery can still be available after this time, but it is not guaranteed. Flower deliveries usually occur between 10.00 and 4.00pm but earlier/ later delivery times can be arranged with 24 hours’ notice. Phone us to chat about this.

We are not open Saturday, Sunday or Public holidays. Orders placed for delivery/pickup on these days will be completed the next available business day.

Privacy policy

In compliance with National and International Privacy laws and the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2001 we are committed to the protection of personal information and will maintain the integrity of data collection and security.

Credit card security

This website is secured using a SSL certificate. This ensures that all information sent to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication, he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information and view it in plain text form. You can view a web site’s digital certificate directly – click on the secure icon for details of the SSL certificate.

Every Blooming Thing does not see your credit card number and does not have access to that information.

Substitution policy

All images found on our site are guides only. We will always create your order as closely as possible to the image, but we do reserve the right to substitute products when necessary. This relates to the unavailability of specific flowers, items and containers.

Our delivery policy

We will do everything we can to ensure your order is safely delivered but we are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. Please try to ascertain that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form. The contact phone number for the recipient will be used if there is no safe place to leave the order and the recipient can collect their order from our shop; alternatively, a re-delivery attempt can be made but this will incur a further charge. We will contact you.

Alcohol with flower orders

We cannot deliver more than 2 litres of alcohol with an order and the recipient must be over the age of 18 years. Alcohol can only be ordered with flowers or in a hamper. If alcohol is perchased without flowers or a hamper or exideeds 2 liters we may attempt to contact you to revise your order however we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.
