Q. Do you offer same day delivery?

A. Yes, we provide same-day delivery. Your order will arrive promptly and with care.

Q. What product types are available?

A. Depending on the season, we stock a large range of flowers from the most delicate to the hardier.

Q. Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?

A. Not yet but we are working on it!

Q. Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

A. Yes, but just give us four hours warning and trust us to substitute any flower types that are unavailable.

Q. What areas do you deliver to?

A. Local Rockhampton area, including Gracemere, Capricorn Coast and Parkhurst area.

Q. Will you contact the recipient?

A. After we chat with you first, we can contact the recipient to let them know about an attempted delivery and that we have the flowers for collection. You would need to pay for a repeat delivery, even on a free delivery order ($90 or more).

Q. Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

A. We strive to make the flowers as close to our featured designs as possible but seasonal availability and other external factors sometimes mean that we may have to substitute some flowers. Rest assured the same value and hues will be incorporated.

Q. What about substitutions?

A. We reserve the right to make substitutions as seasonal and other availability issues impact the range of flowers we have at any one time.

Q. Can I pick a delivery time?

A. Yes you most certainly can – between 9 and 4 is good!

Q. Can I get same-day delivery?

A. Yes absolutely providing we receive your order no later than 2.30 pm.

Q. What happens after I place an order?

A. We hand craft your order, phone our trusty courier and they make the delivery for us by 4pm.

Q. Can I make a change to my order?

A. Of course – simply phone or email us and we will go from there.

Q. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?

A. If there is a safe and shaded place to leave them, we will do so. If not, the courier leaves a note in the letter box notifying of an attempted delivery and our contact details, and then returns the flower order to our shop. This however incurs a return cost to you, so we ask that you do your best to select a delivery time likely to suit the recipient.

Q. How are shipping and delivery charges determined?

A. Orders $90 and over are free within the local Rockhampton area. Phone us to enquire about the costs for delivery beyond.
